At it again.

I tried this blog thing once before, but it didn’t work out. I think because I didn’t have a viewpoint and felt obligated to post daily about nothing. This blog won’t be a rundown of what I eat on a daily basis; rather it will be how I combat Wisconsin girl problems and other sorts of achievements (or disasters) as I venture through this weight loss journey.

Recently, I switched from Weight Watchers to counting calories with My Fitness Pal. I’ve never gone to a WW meeting before and was purely using the system via online resources. I was successful with the system, so why did I change? Well, I heard of this little gadget, Fitbit.

The Fitbit is an expensive pedometer and accountability partner, which I desperately need. It makes me feel guilty when I am lazy. I am still unsure how this system will work, as it has only been 2 weeks of trying things out and not necessarily sticking within my calorie limits. So we shall see!
